I found that everyone communicated step by step what was being done or will become. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much.
Suggested improvements
Like every hospital more staffing. This is a holiday (bank holiday) and fewer patients. It must be quite demanding especially will elderly clients during normal days.

The staff at Holly ward are exceptional professional, kind, patience and absolutely amazing.
